Our products are shipped worldwide with DHL Premium Service.
Domestic Shipping (Germany)
We are pleased to offer shipping within Germany free of charge.
Delivery Time
Orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM will be processed and picked up by DHL on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be picked up on the next business day.
In Germany, packages are delivered Monday to Saturday. If the package cannot be received, you will receive a notification card for pickup at your local post office.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number to follow your package.
International Shipping
We cover a significant portion of your international shipping costs to offer you a preferred flat rate shipping fee.
Notes for Non-EU Countries
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and customs duties of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with local customs authorities in advance.
