As a qualified pharmacist, I have over 20 years of experience in hospital pharmacies and community pharmacies as well as in management positions at two of the world's leading pharmaceutical healthcare companies.

Over the years, family and friends have often asked me for health advice and guidance on various supplements. I always gave the same answer: "The right supplements certainly have great health benefits, some of which I can recommend in good conscience and even buy for my family and myself. However, unfortunately, the quality of the supplement market is not uniform and there are many products that have either no effect on our health or, at best, no negative effect. Ingesting some products can even be dangerous due to the ingredients used or questionable manufacturing practices. And that is a big concern for me."
