NATIONAL SHIPPING (GERMANY)
We are happy to provide our customers free shipping for orders within Germany.
Delivery:
Orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon will be processed and collected by DHL on the same day. Orders received Monday to Friday after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays will be collected by DHL on the next working day.
In Germany packages are delivered Monday to Saturday. Should no-one be present to accept the package at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification card informing you at which DHL post office (based on your postal code) you can collect your package.
Package Tracking:
You will receive a DHL tracking number in your dispatch email with which you can track the status of your Foondiert® package and its expected date and time of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our Foondiert®-family extends beyond borders. We are happy to absorb a significant part of your international shipping charges to offer our international customers a preferential flat rate.
